News and Announcements

• The Dirt Eater has been published in Offcourse #106. This story had been rejected several times before Offcourse published it, including once by an editor who said he “didn’t understand” it. Another editor said, “Your story reminded me of “Le Montagne sono Proibite” by Dino Buzzati. It resonated during the military dictatorship in Argentina, where fear was everywhere.  But in a way, I think your story is darker.” I don’t think it’s a difficult story, though it is open to interpretation. It’s a quick read at only 449 words.
• The Farm Upstate will be published in Bookends Review in April 2027.
